Student Mentoring Program

Our purpose in the Student Mentoring Program is to development life-long, active leaders in our community. We want to develop the interest, skills, and understanding of the importance of the citizen’s role in government and political activism.

The RRC sees the SMP as an investment in our future in northern Baltimore County. We offer club membership to full-time high school and college students for $1.

The mentoring initiative of the program will include a partnering of students with adult club members in participating in community and political events, educational opportunities, field trips, meetings with our elected officials and candidates, grassroots activism, civic involvement, campaign support, and social outings.
