Grassroots Scholarship Program

The purpose of the Grassroots Scholarship Program is to foster activists out of spectators. The RRC commits funds every year toward grassroots and campaign training for its members.  Recommended training classes will be offered to the membership with tuition paid in full or part by the RRC.  Members can also suggest training classes to be offered through the program.
